Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they form a legal agreement between you and cgt33.
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cgt33 platform and any related services. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any gaming or betting feature, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. cgt33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time.

Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to create an account and use services on cgt33.
2.1 Age Requirement
21+ Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play on cgt33. Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited. Government-issued identification may be requested at any time for age verification.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates or operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
- Complete, truthful, and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration.
- Name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details must be correct.
- If any information changes, our support team must be notified promptly.
- Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure.
2.4 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on cgt33 are completed through secure, encrypted channels. We support the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
cgt33 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). No methods outside this list are accepted.
3.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same across all methods).
- The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
3.4 Transaction Verification
If suspicious activity is detected on any transaction, cgt33 reserves the right to hold that transaction for investigation and cancel it if necessary. In such cases, the user may be required to provide additional information for identity verification.
Bonuses & Promotions
cgt33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳30,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 total wagering required before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
- The original deposit may be withdrawn before bonus wagering is complete, but doing so will cancel the bonus.
- cgt33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
Betting & Gaming Policy
All betting and gaming activities on cgt33 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. The following policies apply equally to all players.
5.1 Bet Validity
A bet is considered valid only when the system has fully confirmed it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the user's account. Incomplete bets due to network errors or system failures may not be accepted.
5.2 Technical Errors
If the outcome of any game is affected by a software or hardware error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. cgt33 reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
5.3 Game Provider Terms
Our platform features games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. The outcome of each game is determined by the relevant provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
5.4 Sports Betting Policy

- Operating an account using a false identity or information.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
6.2 System Abuse
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to accounts.
- Collusion or coordinated betting activities.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
cgt33 takes a firm stance against money laundering and illegal financial activities. If suspicious transactions are detected, we may suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities. Identity verification procedures apply to all large transactions.

7.1 Setting Limits

Intellectual Property

Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cgt33 will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:
9.1 Limited Liability
- Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Damage caused by malware or security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.
- Issues arising from delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
- Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
9.2 Service Guarantee
cgt33 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to Terms
cgt33 reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.1 Notice of Changes
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform.
- Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If a user does not agree with the new terms, they may close their account.
10.2 Effective Date
The latest version takes effect from the date shown at the top of this page. Previous versions may be provided upon request.
Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account by emailing [email protected]. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by cgt33
- In the event of a terms violation, cgt33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice.
- If fraud or prohibited activity is proven, the balance will be forfeited.
- The user will be informed of the reason for suspension and given the opportunity to appeal.
11.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, cgt33 may archive the account after giving prior notice to the user. To reactivate the account, the user must contact the support team.
